Email us with your order number and we'll walk you through it. For consumable products, you don't need to ship anything back unless we ask — just tell us what went wrong and we'll resolve it fast.

Subscribe & Save orders can be paused or cancelled anytime before your next billing date, no questions asked. Manage your subscription from your account or contact us and we'll handle it.
